- Take little oil in a pan, when it's hot add mastard seeds, black gram1tsp, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger.. add this to dahi(curd)mix well.
- Pour this dahi(curd) on top of the vadas, keep it in the fridge for an hour.
- Take out garnish with some chilli powder, boondis, or according to your taste..your super yummy dahi(curd)vadas are ready to serve…
