- While still warm, add a Tb oil and wheat flour
- Knead into a soft dough
- Make Golf ball sized portions of the dough and start kneading them thin on a greased surface by dusting some flour
- Toast each roti one by one on a skillet using a ts ghee
- Take off heat once brown spots appear on both sides. Remember to cook on medium-Low heat
- Store airtight till consumption
- Serve warm with chutneys/curries, etc by applying a ts ghee over the rotis
