Take some ghee in a non-stick pan and heat over medium heat. Prepare the tempering by adding asafoetida, mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the ghee.   3. After 15min, give rava mix a good mixing & then add 1 packet of blue eno soda or any cooking soda &mix well once & immediately pour it into idli moulds, keep them in steamer & steam it for 15-20min over medium high flame.
  4. Serve it with chutney &sambhar.
