  2. Next add few drops of orange food color to one part and green food color to the other part of the remaining batter in the bowls left. Mix well to get an orange hue and a green hue respectively.
  3. Now heat a dosa tawa/ griddle. Add a few drops of oil and rub with a rubber spatula to spread evenly.
  4. Pour 1/4 of a ladle of the orange batter and spread it into a semi circle.
  5. Then add 1/4 of a ladle of the white batter and spread it to make the middle portion of the dosa.
  6. Finally pour the green batter (1/4 of a ladle) and make the lower semi circle.
  7. Drizzle few drops of oil over the dosa and allow it to cook till done on a low flame.
  8. Fold the dosa and remove from the tawa/griddle. Follow the process of getting similar dosas from the remaining batter.
  9. Serve yummy tricolor dosa hot with coconut chutney.
