- Get 1 tsp yeast

- Preheat the oven at 180 C, In a bowl add yeast sugar,Milk and beaten egg mix.
- Take a large bowl add flour,salt and coriander leaves.mix with spatula.
- Add the egg mixture into flour, mix slowly now add butter, knead it with hand or hook attachment machine on low speed for 5 minutes
- Knead it till its become soft shiny dough,cover it with clingfilm & place it warm & dark place for 90 minutes or until double in size.for first proofing.
- After it becomes double in size puch and and cut in 8 piece equal size,and make small balls in greased, oven proof dish.cover it with clingfilm again for second proofing for half an hour.
- After half an hour buns ball double in size,brush egg wash & sprinkle some poppy seeds on top.
- Bake it in preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden colour.
- Take it out from oven let them cool for 15 minutes and enjoy.
