  23. Prepare Nutmeg – 1/2 ” piece
  24. Take 1 tbsp Coriander powder –

  26. Prepare Add all above ingredients in grinder
  27. Get Nihari masala is ready

  6. When nihari is done, garnish with fresh coriander, ginger flakes and green chilies. - Serve with ginger flakes, lemon slices and naan.
