- Just cover the top of the orzo with water with half a stock cube in a pan and boil
- Once the water is soaked up add the win, lemon juice and butter
- Once the orzo is cooked add the spinach, mackerel and garlic
- Put in a bowl and add grates cheese if you would like and mix in. Enjoy!
