  3. Marinate the chicken and keep for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Mean while heat the oil and fry the onion till golden brown and remove.keep aside.fry the ginger sliced and green chilli just slightly crisp. it just putting and removing the mint after a few seconds.
  5. In the same oil add tomato, onion paste. separate the oil chicken along with the Marinate and cook for 15 minutes,till all water dry.
  6. Add the garam masala and Biryani masala.
  7. Then make the layer of rice and chicken and the top of fried onions,mint, ginger,green chilli and sprinkle the yellow colour and keep on low heat for 15 minutes.
