- Dosa is ready..serve hot with chutney sauce or Potato ki sabzi
Whereas the ones made with whole moong beans taste a bit. Moong dosa is delicious, healthy & nutritious. It is vegan and gluten free. There are many varieties of dosas but mung beans dosa is very tasty. I have used green whole moong beans,yellow lentils and rice along with few spices.
