- Grind soaked masoor dal with curd and keep aside for fermentation. Add salt, asafoetida and red garlic Chutney peanut powder and mix well.
- Add oil,baking powder and baking soda mix quickly and pour 1/2 of the batter in a greased or lined with parchment and put it in a steamer. Meanwhile mix paneer,chilli, capsicum, salt pizza masala in a bowl.
- Open the steamer and make layer of paneer mixture evenly and top layer cover with batter and again steam it till dhokla is cooked completely.Cool and unmould in a plate.
- Do tempering with mentioned above ingredients and pour with spoon on ready Dhokla.
