- Heat ghee into the cooker. Add hing and cumin seeds. When the seeds crackled add chopped garlic, green chilli, ginger and onion. Saute for a second.
- Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder into it.mix and roast the masala until the ghee starts to flow at the top.
- Add moong dal and spinach in the masala and cook for a minute. Add salt.
- Add 2-3 glasses of water and close the lid. Pressure the moong dal for 2-3 whistle. Turn off the flame. When the steam release open the lid.
