- Get 1 bowl Flattened rice
- Make ready 1 bowl milk
- Get 1/2 bowl sour yoghurt

Steps to make Dahi kala:
- Take flattened rice in bowl,wash it with water but drain all water.it should not be sticky. Wait for 5 minutes
- Now add milk (should not hot) add youghurt salt and sugar.mix well now add cucumber, pomegranate coariander.heat tadaka pan add ghee to it then add chopped chillies, curry leaves, soaked chana dal and peanuts.pour this on flattened rice.
- Mix well and serve.tastes yum.healthy too
