- Prepare For kofta
- Get 700 gm potato boiled and mashed
- Get 200 gm grated paneer
- Take 2 tbs besan
- Make ready Pinch Yellow food colour
- Take to taste Salt
- Make ready as required Oil for frying kofta
Instructions to make Veg Egg Curry:
- Heat 1 tbs oil in pan add onion garlic and ginger fry until they turn golden brown.
- Dry roast all whole spices until they turn aromatic now grind the whole spices now add fried onions and make a fine paste.
- Heat 1/2 cup oil in wok add grind masala in it fry until the oil separates from gravy now add turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala goda masala salt and mix well now add water to adjust consistency and bring to boil.
- For kofta take boiled and mashed potatoes add besan and salt and mix well keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes take grated paneer add salt and yellow food colour mix well and make small balls and also divide potato mixture inl little big ball
- Apply oil on your palm and take potato mixtur and press in between your palm and keep yellow ball in center and gently cover with potato mixture and shape into ball and then heat oil in wok and dip fry this balls
- Now add chopped coriander leaves in gravy and mix well pour gravy in serving bowl and add veg Eggs on top garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
