- Method.. - For balls - Take a bowl add all the ingredients and fry small balls.
- For masala - - (In a grinder add onion..tomato..kaju..ginger.. make a fine paste)
- Take a wok add oil/ghee.. zeera wait till crackle now add all the khada masalas
- Now add grinded masala and cook till the oil gets separate..
- Now add all.the masalas and water according to the thickness you want for the gravy boil for few minutes
- Now add veggie balls and cream from the top the cover the wok and switch of the gas.. serve hot..
