- Now divide the portion into equal parts.
- Take a ball and roll it thicker than roti. As we added hot ghee to the dough, it obviously break from edges.
- Cut the edges and make a square and now cut the shankapali into desire shape. I cut it square.
- Remove it to another plate. Roll ramaining balls and make shankarpali.
- Heat the oil on a pan on low flame flame.
- Once oil is hot. Add few shankarpali at a time. Fry till it becomes golden brown from both sides.
- Remove them to tissue paper. Let it cool down and store in airtight container.
