- Gas on kerke uspe kadai chada de.kadai hit ho jaye to usme oil dale.

- Paste taiyar krne ke liye grainder me 2 chhoped kiya hua onion, garlic, black pepper, clove, cardamom, & coriander seeds ko mixi me graind kar ke paste bana le.
- Uske baad gas on karein. Uspe kadai chada de.kadai hit ho jaye to usme oil dale.oil hit ho jaye to chhoped kiya hua onion dale.
- Onion ko golden brown hone tak bhune.
