- For Plain dosa add salt to taste in 1 cup dosa batter. Now add 1 tbps cooking oil on tawa. Now pour batter on tawa and spread batter evenly on tawa. And cook both side well.
- All four dosa a ready. Serve it with coconut chutney and sambhar.
