  2. Prepare 1/4 ts Pau Bhaji Masala

  6. Prepare 1 TB Besan (Chick Peas Flour)

Instructions to make Healthy Uttapam:
  1. Grind Oats to a coarse flour in a spice mill or use Oats flour. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl. Keep onion, chillies and yogurt aside. Add a little water and mix. Add yogurt and mix it like a pancake batter.
  2. Pour this batter onto a Hot Tava or non stick pan. Sprinkle onions and chillies. Add a little ghee around Uppama. Cook about 3 minutes. Turn over and cook another 4 mts. Serve with Achaar.
