  1. Soak raw rice & urad dal for 6 hrs. Then Grind it & keep the batter to ferment overnight.
  2. Boil the potatoes. Chopped onion & potatoes. Take 1tbsp oil into the pan add rai, jeera, haldi, dhaniya & chilli garlic ginger pudina paste, onion. Saute all the ingredients. Put the potatoes. Salt to taste. After 10mins Potato sabji is ready.
  3. Add eno, salt in the fermented batter. Heat the pan & spreads the batter on it. Within 5 mins Dosa is ready to serve.
