- Eventually add the ground rice mixture, keep on stirring till it mixes well into the milk and it starts to thicken.
- Stir continuously so that the bottom does not burn. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.
- Add cardamom powder and sugar and continue to stir till the sugar dissolves and it turns into a nice creamy mixture with no lumps, just like the smooth custard.
- Mix dry fruits n cook for a while
- Now turn off the flame and allow it to come to room temperature and add the mango pulp into the phirni.
- Mix the phirni well and allow it to cool..
- Transfer it into a serving bowl and garnish with some mango pieces, fine chopped almond and cashew. serve chilled
