- Mix well till the milk thickens and turn creamy. - add in cardamom powder and serve chilled garnished with chopped nuts. - if looking to prepare mango phirni, allow the phirni to cool completely. - now add in ½ cup mango pulp and mix well. add more pulp depending on the sweetness. - finally, serve chilled mango phirni with mango cubes
