- Get rice
- Prepare urad dal
- Take poha
- Prepare methi dana

- Soak rice and dal over night.
- Add poha and methi dana to rice and dal.
- Wet grind to a smooth paste.Cover and leave for 6-8hours for fermentation.
- After 8 hours mixture is well fermented.Add some water to adjust consistency.Add salt.
- Heat a tawa.Add aladdle full of batter.Spread in circular way.
- Apply 1 table spoon oil on dasa.Cook on low flame for 4-5minutes.
- Roll the dosa and serve hot with sambhar/chutney.
