Then put some drops of purple food Colour to the cupcake and make designs of your choice. Or you can simply mix the purple into the batter and then transfer it into the moulds.
- Now lower the flame. Place the moulds in Kadhai on the perforated plate and cover the lid. Bake for 25-30 mins (medium flame) till done. Check by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean your cupcake is ready.
- After baking is done. Take out the moulds from Kadhai. Cool it down to room temperature. Cupcakes are ready. 😊
