- Heat a nonstick tawa and pour the prepared batter on it, drizzle ghee on top and cook till it turns brown and crisps.
- Fold the dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
- Note: I made it for my kid so I use wheat flour instead of maida flour. For better result you can add maida flour and green chilli.
