  1. Take a pan.Heat some oil add cardamom and bay leaf and saute it for few seconds.Now add onions.Saute it for 2 mins.Now add salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder and saute well,Now add tomatoes.Cook the tomatoes until it becomes soft. Now turn off the gas. Let it be cooled.
  2. Now take a blender or mixer jar make a fine paste.
  3. Now take a pan,add this paste in it and add required water (as much as thick gravy you need) bring a boil in it now add cream in this and mix it well. Cook this for 2 minutes now add paneer in this finally add roasted kasoori methi (crushed with both palms).. our shahi paneer is ready.
  4. For Tandoori Roti roll a round chapati don't roll thin layer.Cut in desired shape.
  5. Now take a pressure cooker,heat this and keep this upside down.Now apply water on hand and apply on chappati or roti and add coriander leaves on it and apply this rotis on the sides of cooker and keep this upside down.When the rotis are cooked from one side keep this out it is half cooked.You can keep this on gas.Our Tandoori rotis are ready.
