  3. Squeeze juice of a lemon,add grated jaggery or jaggery powder.Mix both.Add red chilli powder and mix nicely.
  4. Clean green coriander,wash nicely and then finely chop.Grate 1 meduim carrot in fine option in hand grater.
  5. For assembling the Salad,in a mixing bowl add grated papaya,add half grated carrot,add half of the peanuts,keep half for garnishing.Add finely chopped garlic in the salad.Add salt to taste,jaggery lemon mixture.Mix all nicely.Add litte finely chopped green coriander mix all properly.
  6. Add in a serving bowl.Add crushed peanuts on top.Garnish with grated carrot,few cucumber pieces.Cut lemon wedges and Orange wedges..Garnish on sides of Salad.Top with freshly chopped green coriander leaves.Add few peeled orange chunks in between.Chill in fridge for 15 min.Serve cold or it can be eaten like this.
