- Knead the dough again and pinch a lemon sized dough and roll uniformly.
- Dust these balls one by one and flattened it into round shaped
- Dust with wheat flour and roll thinly.
- For getting perfect round shape you can use a cutter or press it with a sharp lid.
- Place the rolled disk on hot tawa. make sure the flame is on medium.
- Cook each ones on medium heat. Wiping oil on top of each pathri while cooking makes it more tasty
