- Take 2 Cups Curd. Add 2 Tbsp Sugar to it. Whisk it till smooth.
- Take Suji in a bowl. Add Curd, green chillies, ginger, coriander, raisins, cashewnuts, salt and mix properly.
- Add 1/2 cup water to it and mix it. Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add 1 1/2 Tbsp oil, Eno. Mix well. Get batter of medium consistency.
- Grease the Appam patra. Pour 1 tbsp batter in each section. Cover it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Check the vadas, if crispy. Brush will little oil and flip the side. Cook till crispy on both the sides.
- Remove from flame. Let them cool a bit. Soak them in water for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Squeeze them softly and remove the excess water.
- Take vada in a plate. Top it with Sweet Curd, Green Chutney and Khajur Tamarind Chutney. Sprinkle some special masala on it.
