  2. Soak it over night then grind it in mixer grinder and ferment the batter for 7-8 hours
  3. Take the fermented batter and mix it. Add 1/2 tsp citric acid and salt in batter is ready for dosa.
  4. Keep it aside.
  5. Now take a pan add some oil,1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chilli garlic paste, add some salt.
  6. Add 1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato and saute well.
  7. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric, curry leaves, Coriander and mashed boiled potatoes and saute them well.
  8. Now take a dosa tawa and spread dosa batter and cook it for 4-5 min and let it cook till it becomes crispy.
  9. Now put the masala in the middle of dosa and close the dosa from both sides.
  10. Masala dosa is ready and serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
