- Heat oil in a pan, add mashed potatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, all spice and salt, mix well and cook for 5 minutes, remove and keep aside.
- Assembling:Cut buns in half. Fried the bun with 1tsp oil. Apply green chutney, then spread aloo mixture then add date chutney. Sprinkle coriander leaves, onion and sev. Top with another piece of fried bun. Serve.
- Method for green chutney: Grind all together in blender.
- Method for date chutney: Blend all the ingredients in blender and then cook on slow Flame till chutney thick.
