- Melt butter in medium sized sauce pan. Add all purpose flour and mix well. Add milk and stirr continuously until thikens turn off the gas. Add cheese and mix well. Add mix vegetables, nutmeg powder and black pepper powder. Add salt to taste and mix well and put in refrigerator for 30 mins.
- Take out the dough. Make Croquettes out of it. Deep in all purpose flour slurry and roll in vermicelli. Again put in refrigerator for 30 mins.
