  2. Get sp fenugreek seeds
  3. Make ready poha/flattened rice
  4. Make ready puffed rice
  5. Take Oil

Like regular dosa, Urad Dal isn't used in making this Dosa. It's only Fenugreek Seeds , Raw Rice and either poha or cooked rice is used to make this Methi Dosa. Methi seeds are powerhouse of nutrients and also it keeps the body cool. Methi dosa is a unique breakfast which has no lentils at all.

  1. Wash rice and soak with fenugreek seeds overnight or 5,6hours.
  2. Soak poha and puffed rice for half an hour before grinding rice. Then grind finely like dosa batter and ferment for 8,10 hours.
  3. Add salt and little water to make batter consistency.
  4. Heat tava and pour 2sp of batter and spread it and cover it and cook till done.
  5. Take out and serve hot with chetney.
