  2. Fill this stuffing in Kashmiri mirchi.
  3. Add all spices in gram flour and add water.
  4. Make thick batter.
  5. Dip stuffed mirchi in this batter.
  6. Deep fry it.
  7. Serve with Sauce,chutney or hot tea.
