- Take 1 ltr milk
- Take 2 mangoes puree
- Make ready 1/4 cup rice
- Prepare 1/4 cup sugar

- Take 1 mango chopped
Instructions to make Mango Phirni:
- Wash and soak the rice for half and hour.. Keep the milk to boil..
- Now grind the rice to a coarse paste.. Add it to the boiling milk and keep stirring.. Make sure there are no lumps..
- Meanwhile take 2 mangoes, I have taken Alphonso you can take any.. Peel the skin and grind it to a puree, a few chunks are ok..
- Keep strring the rice and milk mixture occasionally.. Once the rice is cooked well and it's getting thick add the mango puree.. Mix well till everything is combined well..
- Once it's combined well add sugar and cook for 5 mins till it turns smooth and creamy, add the dry nuts powder and mix well.. You can also add 1 tsp cardamom powder.
- Chill it in the refrigerator before serving.. Top it with some pistachio and chopped mangoes to enhance the taste.. Enjoy..
