- Ek bowl me curd and malai ko achhe se mix karein
- Ginger garlic paste and green chilli, coriander, mint paste, chilli flakes salt, jeera powder into the malai curd mixture. Mix well
- Marinate soya Chaap with this mixture. Keep it in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
- After 4-5 hours remove it from refrigerator. Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice mix well.
- Grill it for 10 minutes.
