- Take 4 pav Buns
- Take 1 Onion

- Take 1.5 tbsp Pav bhaji masala

Steps to make Cheesy Bun Masala:
- Melt the butter in a nonstick pan.
- Saute vegetables like onion capsicum and green chilies for 2 minutes.
- Now add tomato puree in it. (Grind tomatoes)
- Add pav bhaji masala, kashmiri red chilli powder and salt in it.
- Saute for another 1 minute.
- Now add 1/2 cup water in it. I have cleaned my jar of grinded tomato and used that water.
- Bring to boil.
- After the boil, lower the flame and add mixed herbs for nice aroma.
- Now finally add cheese slices in it by breaking in small pieces for convenient stirring. Mix and melt.
- Now meanwhile, cut the cubes of buns as shown.
- Add these cubed buns in the material prepared. Mix and Cook by covering lid for a minute at low flame.
- Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot !
