- Take 1/2 cup Coconut
- Get 1 spoon Poppy seeds
Instructions to make Mushroom Green peas gravy:
- Add oil in a pan and add saunf and let it splutter
- Add crushed garlic cloves and ginger once it turns golden add chopped onions and shallots and curry leaves
- Fry till golden brown. Add tomatoes and turmeric powder and rock salt stir till tomatoes are mushy.
- Add green peas and stir for 1 minute and add mushrooms and cook till water leaves out.
- Now add chilli powder 1 spoon, coriander powder 1 spoon and jeera powder half spoon (the powder i have used here is mixed with chilli, coriander and jeera). Add half cup water. Cook till masala is cooked and mushroom is 80 percent cooked.
- Now add the coconut poppy seed paste and cook till gravy thickens
- Now add pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves stir for 1 minute and your gravy is ready.
- Serve hot with rotis, phulkas, chapathis.
