- After 10 mints take out katori dhokla.
- Prepare tadka,take a pan add oil heat then add mustard seed, green chilli,curry leaves after one- two mints take remove from gas stove and add sugar water syrup
- Pour tadka on ready dhokla and then it is ready for serving.
