- Then make batter for coating take one bowl add besan, red chilli powder, turmeri powder, fruit salt,salt and water mix it well no lumps should be there batter consitency should be like idli batter not thick not watery type
- Heat the Oil for frying after oil is hot deep the chutney masala bread into batter then pour into the oil fry from both the side
