  12. Get 1 cup coconut milk
  13. Take 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  14. Get 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Steps to make Chingri Macch:
  1. Clean wash and deveined the prwans.. marinate the prawns with salt and turmeric.Keep it aside for 10 minutes..
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai.And fry the prawns lightly.
  3. Keep it aside..
  4. Add mustard oil and one teaspoon ghee in a kadhai.
  5. Add one bay leaf and whole garam masala In the oil.
  6. Add sliced onions.
  7. Saute it till golden brown..
  8. Add onion and ginger paste.Add turmeric and red chilli powder..
  9. Cook it for one minute.Add chopped tomatoes and salt..
  10. Cook it till the tomatoes become soft.
  11. Cook till the oil separates from the masala….
  12. Add fried prawns..
  13. Add coconut milk.
  14. Add whole green chilies..
  15. Cover the lid.
  16. Cook it in slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes..
  17. Add remaining one teaspoon ghee and garam masala powder..
  18. Cook it for half minutes.
  19. Turns off the flame.
  20. Serve it with boiled rice..
