Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of tomato ketchup, half teaspoon black pepper powder, salt and 2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix well and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
- Now on a heated tawa, spread the dosa batter and spread the schezwan sauce as soon as the batter on top dries.
- Now sprinkle the tomato cubes, paneer and cheese and let it fry.
- At the end add coriander leaves.
- Now gently roll the dosa and cut them into broad pieces and your dosa roll is ready. Enjoy these with coconut chutney.
