Steps to make Onion garlic masala bread:
  1. In a bowl add sugar, yeast & warm water. Mix lightly & keep aside for 5 mins till it is foamy.
  2. In another bowl add maida, salt & oregano. Mix well. Now add the foamy mixture in it & knead the dough. Add warm water little by little as required to knead the dough. Dough should be smooth & soft. Rub oil on the dough. Cover it with lid & keep aside for 1 hr.
  3. After 1 hr punch the dough & knead again. Grease the baking dish. Spread the dough in it. Cover it and keep aside for 1/2 hr.
  4. After 1/2 hr make the impression with thumb on the spread dough in the baking dish. Spread oil all over the dough. Top with onions, garlic, oregano & all purpose seasoning.
  5. Preheat oven to 220*C for 10 min. Place baking dish inside the oven & bake for 20 min. Take it out from the oven & cool it. Onion garlic masala bread is ready. Take it out of the baking dish.
  6. Slice & serve it with tea.
