- Take the Milk and let it boil over the stove in a heavy bottom pan.Once it starts boiling and begins to reduce,add the condensed milk and once it starts to thicken like Rabdi,switch off the stove and add vanilla essence to it
- Let it chill in the fridge
- Let the mango pulp and chopped mango pieces chill in the fridge for some time
- Now take four serving Shot Glasses and firstly pour about 3 tbsp Rabdi into each glass.Now Place 3 tbsp Mango Pulp in each glass.Now place about 1 tbsp Mango Pieces onto it and then pour about 1 tsp Rabdi over these Mango Pieces
- Garnish with Grated Pista and serve chilled
