Instructions to make Crispy Sabudana Vada:
- Take a bowl and add soaked saggo,green chillies,red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves,ginger And crushed peanuts And mix it well..now add mashed potatoes And mix it properly And make a gud dough.
- Now make the small balls of the dough And then press them softly with your palms
- Now heat the ghee And put into saago Vada for frying on the medium flame to make them crispy..
- Now off the flame Set aside Vada's in the tissue paper in a plate to soak the extra ghee…Spicy Crispy Sabudana Vada is ready to serve with Coconut Coriander Chutney
- For Chutney……..Take a grinder And add grated fresh coconut, coriander leaves,green chillies rock salt,lemon juice And water….now grin it for 3mins to make a fine paste
- Coconut Coriander Chutney is ready to serve
