- For dough:- Cream the butter till light. Add the rice flour gradually to make a paste. Keep aside.
- Mix maida, semolina, salt and oil with enough water to make a soft dough.
- Cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside.
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add green chilli paste, all boiled vegetable and all masala and mix well.
- Make 6 balls out of the dough and roll into 6 thin parathas.
- Spread rice flour and butter on 1 paratha. Place second paratha on it and apply the mixture.
- Repeat till the sixth pratha covers the paste.
- Roll up the layered parathas. Cut into 6 pieces.
- Make 6 such stuffed parathas. Heat a griddle and roast them on both sides. Brushing with oil.
- Spread atbsp of tomato sauce on each stuffed paratha.
- Place tomato and onion rings, bean sprouts, mushrooms, grated paneer and cheese.
- Place in a griller for 10 minutes and sprinkle chatt masala.
- Serve hot as a meal.
