- Take a Kadai. Put oil.
- Add chopped onions. Saute till trans ulent.
- Add chopped ginger and green chilli. Saute well.
- Add all masalas. And mix for one minute.
- Now add chopped tomatoes.
- Mix well till masala leaves oil.
- Now add very little watee like quater cup. And leave for 2 mins.
- Cut bread into 6 for 9 pieces according to size of bread.
- Now add bread into the masala and mix properly..
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Masala Bread is ready to serve..take out in platter.
