Now take another pan or pateeli for rice.add oil or ghee then add green cardomom and cinnamon stick then add soaked rice bhoonify it for 2minutes add water, cover it and cook it for 8 minutes.after 8 minutes rice will be done.repeat the step of smoke with rice as above.
  5. 4th step********. #####BBQ sauce####. Now take one bowl add myonease, tomato ketchup,red chilli sauce,soya sauce and mix it well and put in one bottle and keep aside.
  6. assembling****. First layer the rice on serving platter,then add BBQ sauce then fried vegetables as shown in picture.
  7. Now add BBQ chicken then add BBQ sauce on the top as shown in picture.
