- Wash and Boil palm with enough water.boil for 45mins.
- Boil meat and stock fish with salt and a cube of Maggi.
- Pound the palm and squeeze with warm water.scope out and put in sieve and pour in warm water.do it with a pot.
- Till all the palm fruit finish.make sure you don't add much water so that the oil won't be much.
- Then sieve the end result twice because of sand.
- Wash dry fish with warm water.and add it,boil oil with intense heat for 1hr it will thicken a bit the pour in the meat and stockfish.(make sure the water from the meat is not much)
- Add pepper,Salt,crayfish,Maggi and boil for 5mins.
- Stir very well and add the sliced scent leaf.boil for 2mins and bring down.bon appetite.
