  1. Clean sabudana take a bowl Put in sabudana wash with fresh water add little water just 1/2 inch more from sabudana cover put aside for overnight.
  2. After sokig add roasted and crush peanuts with green chili add cumin seeds add salt
  3. Addboiled and mashed potatoes
  4. Mix all ingredients well with your hands. Make equal size balls and put on in plate aside.
  5. Heat up oil in a pan for deep fry vadas when it heat turn the gas on medium-high take the sabudana balls in hand flatten with palms add in hot oil carefully dont make the crowd and fry them both side till golden in colur. with spatula.
  6. Take out on tissue paper. Then put on a serving plate. Enjoy when they hot.
  7. Always use good quality sabudana some time its breaks in hot oil and potatoes also depends on the size.
