- Heat oil in a pan and saute bell peppers for 2 minutes, then add paneer and saute for 2 more minutes,now add the onion tomato masala and salt, mix well, cook on low heat for 5 minutes,then add kitchen king masala and mix well, the stuffing is ready
- In a mixing bowl combine together atta, kasoorimethi, malai and salt, mix well, now by adding water little by little knead a smooth dough, now make equal sized balls from the dough, roll them into a big roti and cook on hot tawa from both the sides by applying some oil, do not cook them fully
- Now apply green chutney on the ready paranthas, put the stuffing in the center and fold it from both the sides into a wrap
- Now put this wrap on the hot tawa and apply some oil, roast it from both the sides until becomes light brown
- Arrange a platter with cucumber and tomatoes and tomato sauce, now cut the wraps into pieces and serve hot
